It does not address the processing of personal data of employees, consultants, and freelancers in the context of their professional relationships with Oratore Speakers.

Oratore Speakers is the controller of all personal data processed within the scope of this Privacy Notice. Oratore Speakers is a brand of ORATORE VENTURES SL, a Spanish limited liability company with its registered office at 29005 Målaga (Spain), Longfellow Executive Club Business Center, C. Marqués de Larios, 6-4. The company is registered with the Spanish Crossroad Bank for Enterprises under ES B09868258.

4. How does Oratore Speakers collect personal data?

Oratore Speakers will collect your personal data:

7. On what legal grounds does Oratore Speakers use your personal data?

Oratore Speakers shall use your personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  • because the use of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an agreement with you (e.g. coaching or training contract);

When you register for an event organized by Oratore Speakers, we collect the personal data necessary to process your registration and send you the proof of registration. At the event, we may use the data linked to your registration to verify your identity as a fraud prevention measure and to confirm the authenticity of your proof of registration. To the extent this processing requires processing your personal data, we rely on the performance of our agreement.

  • because the use of your personal data is necessary to ensure compliance with its legal obligations (e.g. tax law);

Sometimes, we may process your personal data based on a legal obligation. For example, based on tax and accounting legislation, we may be required to retain certain information.

  • because the use of your personal data is necessary for Oratore Speakers’s legitimate interests or those of a third party;
